ABOUT WHITELAM

Whitelam Homes was founded by Karen Stephenson some 30 years ago. From her initial start in barn conversions she has perfected her craft and become something of an industry pioneer. She has renovated hundreds of listed buildings, renovating everything from small fishermans cottages to castles and country houses. More recently her work has taken her to some of the most coveted locations internationally, namely, the Alpes, Cote D’ Azur and the Caribbean. Karen has featured in her own television series. Her work has been recognised through articles in numerous home, build and interior magazines. Karen is also property editor for a number of lifestyle publications and has regularly been asked to comment in the national press. Karen uses her unique and respected flair for building, utilising space to its best and interior design to create dream homes.
